Stego at the sps 2025
From November 25 to 27, 2025, the international automation industry will once again gather at SPS – Smart Production Solutions in Nuremberg. Under the motto Sustainable Electronics Protection, STEGO Elektrotechnik GmbH will showcase its latest innovations for the reliable protection of electronic components in enclosures and control cabinets at booth 3C-268.
Trade fair highlights 2025: Smart solutions for sustainable electronics protection
As a specialist in thermal management, STEGO will be demonstrating how efficiency, safety and sustainability can be optimally combined in the enclosure - with several new products that will be presented to a broad specialist audience at the trade fair.
ETF 012 - THE NEXT GENERATION OF HYGROTHERM
The revised ETF 012 stands for precision and compactness. Theelectronic hygrotherm for controlling temperature and humidity boasts a 42 % slimmer housing and tool-free push-in connections, which significantly simplify wiring. The optimized electronics react to changes in temperature and humidity with a response time of around three seconds - a plus in safety, especially in fluctuating ambient conditions. With a temperature range of 0 to +60 °C and a humidity range of 50 to 90 % rH, the ETF 012 enables extremely precise control. Thanks to its wide voltage range (24 - 240 V AC / 24 - 60 V DC), international approvals (UL, CE) and robust design, the ETF 012 can be used worldwide - from mechanical engineering and infrastructure projects to wind energy.
IOC 074 - IO-LINK CONVERTER FOR ANALOG SENSORS
STEGO is bridging the gap between analog and digital sensor technology with the new IO-Link converter IOC 074. The device , which is just 14 mm narrow and 63 mm long, transmits up to three analog measured values (4-20 mA or 0-20 mA) to the IO-Link protocol simultaneously - ideal for retrofit projects and modern automation environments. The robust stainless steel housing (IP65-IP67) makes the IOC 074 suitable for harsh industrial environments. The software-supported parameterization via IO-Link tools makes setup considerably easier, as no manual scaling is required. Existing systems can thus be digitized and made future-proof without great effort - a real added value for mechanical engineering and the process industry.
CS 032 - COMPACT HEATING SOLUTION WITH EFFICIENCY BENEFITS
Heat where itis needed: The new CS 032 enclosure heater impresses with its high performance, flexibility and energy efficiency. It is available in two versions - as CS 032 Basic with fixed heat outputs (600, 800 or 1,000 W) and as CS 032 Plus with variable control (600 - 1,200 W). An integrated fan ensures even heat distribution. The intelligent control of the Plus version saves up to 23 % energy, while a rapid heating function ensures operation in extremely cold environments. The compact design (66 × 96 × 120 mm) allows flexible installation even in densely populated control cabinets. With push-in terminals and a choice of clip or screw fastening, installation is completed quickly - and the touch-safe housing offers maximum safety during maintenance work.
MFR 012 - HYGROSTAT IN A MORE COMPACT DESIGN
STEGO presents the revised MFR 012 hygrostat for reliable condensate protection. It measures humidity precisely and controls heaters or fans as required. The new design is 15 mm slimmer than its predecessor , saving valuable space on the DIN rail. Thanks to modern push-in terminals, wiring is quick and safe. The extended protection class IP30 as well as the exact humidity setting of 30 - 95 % RH and a measurement tolerance of just 1.5 % significantly increase operational reliability. This makes the MFR 012 a reliable solution for demanding applications in energy supply, infrastructure and mechanical engineering.
