Actuator hub

This digital IO-Link hub switches up to three actuators or loads via relays. The switching commands are issued via an IO-Link interface from higher-level field devices such as: Edge computer, cloud, PLC controller, etc.


Smart current sensor

Der Smart Sensor Strom ESS 076 misst den AC-Strom durchgeführter Leitungen kontaktlos. Erfasste Messdaten werden analog (4-20 mA Signal) oder digital (IO-Link) ausgegeben. Gemessene und aufbereitete Daten – wie Leistung und Energie – werden über die IO-Link-Schnittstelle übergeordneten Systeme wie Maschinensteuerungen oder Edge-Computer für das Condition Monitoring bereitgestellt.


Smart sensor climate digital

The smart sensor measures temperature and air humidity and transmits signals digitally. The converted measured values are passed on as a standardised digital IO-Link signal. Control and monitoring units for industrial systems and machines receive the data from the smart sensor.


Sensor hub

This interface adds IO-Link functionality to digital STEGO sensors. Measurement data from up to four external, non-IO-Link-capable sensors is transmitted to an IO-Link master. The sensor hub thus quadruples the capacity of a port on the IO-Link master. That's how easy it is to turn a digital STEGO sensor into an IO-Link sensor.


Smart distance sensor

The compact smart distance sensor uses ultrasonic waves and the principle of time-of-flight (ToF) measurement to determine the distance to objects. It is suitable for numerous application areas in the fields of distance and level monitoring. In contrast to other distance measurement methods (measurement principle e.g. laser), the DSS 015 recognises even transparent objects such as glass, film and liquids and is insensitive to changing light conditions. Connection to higher-level control systems (e.g. PLC) is very easy via the IO-Link interface.


IO-Link Konverter

Der IO-Link Konverter wandelt bis zu drei analoge 4 – 20 mA Signale in das digitale IO-Link Protokoll. Somit können z. B. analoge Sensoren in eine vorhandene IO-Link Umgebung eingebunden werden (Retrofit). Er dient als Zubehör für analoge Sensoren mit einer 4 – 20mA Schnittstelle zu Messzwecken.
